Litokol’s history is directly linked to the development and spread of Italian ceramic products worldwide. When in 1968 the company first began the production of an adhesive for ceramic floor installations, the market experienced great difficulty in welcoming an innovative product in direct conflict with traditional laying techniques. Over the decades, the national and international distribution of Litokol products has gained significant ground also thanks to an offer of products and services that has gradually grown, alongside the development of the ceramics industry in Italy and the world. Litokol’s headquarters in Rubiera are located in the heart of the ceramics district, just a few kilometres from Sassuolo, famous worldwide for its production of tiles and all associated products and technologies.
